Prices and payment

Every products price is inclded MVA. In the shopping cart the total amout is written.

Payment terms is stated in the shopping cart and may differ depending on the seleted way of payment. Shipping terms is stated in the shopping cart and may vary depending on the chosen way of delivery.

Right of withdrawal

you have the right to withdraw your order during a 14 day period. In your message to us it must be stated clearly that you want to return the products. The 14 day period starts from the day you received the parcel.

You do not have the right to withdraw if:
the product because of its state, can not be sold agian by Segebadenpulkan.
In general, custom made products may not be sent back.

If you use your right of with drawal:
you are obliged to keep the item in the same condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course examin it carefully. if the item is damaged orlost because of your handling, you loose your right of withdrawal.

Warranty and Service

We have a 2 year warranty on our products regarding material failure. You need to present a valid receipt. Please contact us for these kind of matters. If you have some other type of damage that is not covered by the warranty, we can repair most things in our workshop, even if your pulk is from the middle of the last century! Our ambition is that our products should last for generations so the older generations of pulk we can repair and/or improve.

Privacy

When you place an order you advise us your personal information, at the same time you approve that we store the information and use it in our buisiness to fullfill our obligations towards you. According to Swedish law you have the right to have the infomation we have registered in your name. if it turns out to be incorrect, inclomplete or irrelavant you may demand it to be corrected or removed, please contact us by email in that case.

Delivery

The delivery time may vary depending on both product and shipping distance, on non stocked items we do not garanty a shipping date, if your order contains both stock items and non stock items and you wish to have the stock items delivered directly, please note the order. If not we will send all items once ready.

Returning Products

Return of products are on the customers expence, exept if the product is defect or Segebadenpulkan has sent the incorrect product. Returning packages are to be sent post or Courier, in the event of changes a product, we will not charge shipping cost when we send the new product. 

Conditions when booking a course, "Build your own sledge"

The courses, as well as booking of travel and accommodation are arranged in collaboration with our partner Pure Productions AB.

Cancellation protection / Travel insurance
1. Cancellation protection and travel insurance can not be purchased from Segebadenpulkan AB. We refer instead to your insurance company.

Payment terms
2. The travel agreement becomes binding when the customer has paid the registration fee. The registration fee must be received no later than two hours after confirmation. Segebadenpulkan has the right to cancel course participants who have not paid the registration fee on time. Final payment must be received no later than 30 days before the start of the course. If the final payment has not reached us in time, Segebadenpulkan has the right to cancel the course agreement without a refund of the registration fee.

Cost of installment
3. Individual participants have the right to cancel their course at the following cost:
If canceled earlier than 30 days before the start of the course, the registration fee will not be refunded.
If canceled later than 30 days before the start of the course, the cancellation cost is 100% of the course price

Change of name
4. Name change for the course costs nothing, but if you have booked your flight / train trip with us and made a name change, it costs 350 sec.

Transfer
If you book our transfer between the airport or train station and the factory, it is done by pre-booked taxi or minibus.

Setting of course
6. If the course cannot be completed due to obstacles within Segebadenpulkan's and its subcontractors' control, Segebadenpulkan has the right to cancel the course and refund the full amount or alternatively offer a credit receipt for the course to be completed at another time.

7. If the course cannot be completed due to obstacles beyond the control of Segebadenpulkan and its subcontractors, Segebadenpulkan has the right to cancel the trip without the traveler being able to claim damages from Segebadenpulkan.

When booking travel and hotels with us
8. Segebadenpulkan collaborates with Pure Productions AB when booking travel and accommodation in connection with the course. According to the Travel Guarantee Act, Pure Productions AB has also provided statutory travel guarantees to the Swedish Chamber of Commerce.
 
9. The names of all course participants must be spelled correctly and correspond with their passport if you book your trip with us. This is done at the time of booking by you as a course participant. Full name changes are not accepted. Simpler spelling errors can be changed for a fee (the airline's fee + 250 SEK).

10. A rebooking of the trip to another time made by you as a course participant is to be regarded as a cancellation and a new booking will take place.

11. We reserve the right to change schedules and changes regarding stopovers that are beyond our control. In the booking confirmation's stated times for departure and return journey, they are only preliminary and may change on one or more occasions before the trip.

12. Segebadenpulkan and Pure Productions AB completely waive liability that may affect a traveler in the event of a delay in connecting travel that is not included in the pre-booked trip with us or delay in returning home, which causes the course participant to then miss his connection - this if you have not booked your travel with us.

Other
13. Segebadenpulkan and Pure Productions AB apply a price guarantee on their trips. The price guarantee means that the price applies on the booking date and that Segebadenpulkan and Pure Productions AB can not adjust the price due to changed taxes, fuel surcharges or exchange rates. This guarantee is mutual and should taxes, fuel surcharges or exchange rates change before departure, the price will not change, either up or down.
